Vitor spent most of his career in Sales, Business Development and Management for Engineering and Technology companies, having done business in more than 20 different countries (mainly North America, South America and Europe). He has lead international business development organisation for IT and Software companies, manufacturing of mechanical components and high-end electronics, for industries such as Space, Aviation, Automotive, Airports, Homeland Security and Defence.

Vitor has had responsibilities in projects for the definition and advisory of Business Strategy and Change Management and later he took on the role as of Managing Director of Medium sized companies and supported M&A projects. Some of the companies he worked for are Fortune 500 and world leaders in their sector, such as BAE Systems – the United Kingdom’s largest industrial company or Northrop Grumman – the 5th largest Aerospace and Defence Contractor, having been selected and completed its Future Leaders Program in Europe.

Vitor has developed career and lived in three countries: Portugal, The Netherlands and United Kingdom. In terms of educational background, he holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering – Avionics, a diploma in General Management by Catolica-Lisbon School of Business & Economics and Post-Graduate in Entrepreneurship by Judge Business School of Cambridge University. In his free time, he enjoys technical scuba diving.
